During a 6-month+ engagement with AppleTV, I led a team of designers, motion designers and strategists that functioned as an extension of the AppleTV editorial team. Together we have concepted, designed and produced ongoing editorial collections highlighting the platform’s content in culturally relevant moments while elevating film industry voice and stories that have been historically overlooked.

One such collection is Essential: Stories That Honor Black Lives, which brings together the best in Black stories and creators in film and television on AppleTV. The app isn’t the only streaming service amplifying Black stories, yet it is the only platform expanding the story by partnering with Black creators on a consistent cadence that makes the collection a hypervisible in product.
