Brief

IBM considers women empowerment integral to their legacy and has been creating meaningful roles for female employees since the 1930s. However, in recent years, it has become increasingly difficult for the company to compete for talent in the ever-saturated field of technology. By profiling current IBM women employees, the campaign aims to inspire and encourage more women to consider IBM as a viable next step in their careers.
